Feeding Directions
For weight maintenance on easy keepers, ponies and miniature horses, hand-feed 21% Horse Balancer Pellet at the rate of 0.75# per 500# of bodyweight per head per day along with good quality forages.
For mixing a complete feed, mix 600 lb of 21% Horse Balancer Pellet per ton along with other grains to make a complete horse feed. Feed that mix at a rate of .5 lb to 1.5 lb per 100 lb of body weight daily. Adjust feeding rate according to horse age, condition, performance level, and reproductive status.
